At the FORE School of Jewellery Design (FSJD), we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in our admission and fee processes. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be considered.

By enrolling in any FSJD program, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Admission Fee / Registration Fee

The registration or admission fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. This fee covers administrative and processing costs and is non-transferable to another applicant or program.

2. Course Fee Refund Conditions

2.1 Before the Course Commences

  • If a written cancellation request is received at least 7 days prior to the batch start date, a refund of 50% of the course fee (excluding the registration fee) may be approved.

  • If the cancellation request is received less than 7 days before the batch start date, no refund shall be applicable.

2.2 Cancellation After Course Commencement

  •  No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.

  • Course fees cannot be transferred to another batch, program, or individual after classes have begun.

3. Institute-Initiated Cancellations

FSJD reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel a program due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students may choose one of the following options:

  • A full refund of the course fee (excluding the registration fee), or

  • Transfer to the next available batch at no additional cost.

The registration fee remains non-refundable in all cases.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.

  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment or another mutually agreed method.

  • FSJD is not responsible for delays caused by banks, financial institutions, or payment
    gateways.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Registration / Admission fee

  • Application processing fee

  • Study materials or kit charges (if already issued)

  • Fees paid to third-party platforms or vendors

  • Taxes, convenience fees, or gateway charges

6. Cancellation Procedure

All cancellation requests must be submitted formally via email.
The request should include:

  •  Student’s full name
  • Course name and batch details
  • Payment receipt or transaction reference
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Supporting documents, if applicable

Requests made through phone calls, messaging platforms, social media, or verbal communication will not be considered valid.

7. No-Show Policy

If a student fails to attend classes after successful enrollment without prior written communication, the admission shall remain valid; however, no refund will be issued.

8. Batch Transfer Policy

  • Batch or schedule transfers may be considered only before course commencement.

  • Transfers are subject to seat availability and administrative approval.

  • Additional administrative charges may apply

9. Amendments to This Policy

FSJD reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
